Editing an Agent Name

To enter your PBX control panel and start editing an agent name:

  1. Go to my.commpeak.com and select LABS in the menu on the left.
  2. Open PBX Instances and click LOG IN.
  3. Select APPLICATIONS in the PBX control panel.
  4. Click Users in the dropdown menu.
  5. Click the edit icon next to the specific user.
  6. Change the name in the Display Name field.

NOTE

Please do not change any other parameters to avoid issues with the user login.

The updated username will be visible in the PBX control panel and PBX Stats.
