To enter your PBX control panel and start editing an agent name:
- Go to my.commpeak.com and select LABS in the menu on the left.
- Open PBX Instances and click LOG IN.
- Select APPLICATIONS in the PBX control panel.
- Click Users in the dropdown menu.
- Click the edit icon next to the specific user.
- Change the name in the Display Name field.
The updated username will be visible in the PBX control panel and PBX Stats.
