Available and DND Statuses

CommPeak Softphone lets you choose either the Available or Do Not Disturb (DND) status.

The Available status lets agents receive and make calls. It is set by default. 

The DND status is only available for making outbound calls.

To change the status to Do Not Disturb in full mode:

  1. Click the status button.

  2. Choose Do Not Disturb.

To receive calls again, click the status button and choose Available or click Go online in the notification.

Status in the mini mode:

In the mini mode, you can change statuses too. Click the volume and status button and choose the option you need. Also, you can adjust the volume in your headset and microphone here.
