Speech-to-Text Recognitions Report

All speech-to-text recognitions of your calls are stored under the respective tab in the REPORTS section. 

To use the Speech-to-Text feature, enable and set it up in the SIP account settings.

You can filter the results by selecting the required date range. 

You can also see totals of the number of transcribed calls, their duration, and expenditure on speech-to-text recognition.

To view the transcriptions or play the recordings, click the respective buttons on the right.
