Reports

In the Reports section, you can generate various reports showing details of your call and expense history. All the reports can be run for all your calls or for specific SIP accounts in case you have more than one.

The following reports are available in this section:

To run a report:

  1. Open the list of available reports by clicking REPORTS in the main menu.
  2. Go to the tab for the needed report. 
  3. Apply filters as required and click SEARCH.
    You will see the report output on the screen.
  4. To download the report as a CSV file, click the button on the right.
  5. If the download takes too long, you can find the report later under GENERATED REPORTS.
    Here you will see all the downloading and downloaded reports for seven days after their generating.

Call Records (CDR)

This report shows call records for inbound and outbound calls. You can filter the results by SIP account, pricing group (the Tech. Prefix field), destination, and date range.

ColumnExplanation
Tech. prefixThe call pricing category used for this call
Call DateThe date and time of the call in the following format: YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss
StatusThe status of the call (ANSWER, USER BUSY, ORIGINATOR CANCEL, etc.)
SourceThe caller ID
DestinationThe phone number of the destination party
Destination NameThe country and network name
DurationThe duration of the call
Sell RateThe price per minute for calls to this network
CostThe total cost of the call

Origination Call Records (CDR)

The report displays the details for inbound calls only. The output can be filtered by DID number and date range.

ColumnExplanation
DID NumberThe DID number used for the inbound call
Call DateThe date and time of the call in the following format: YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss
StatusThe status of the call (ANSWER, USER BUSY, ORIGINATOR CANCEL, etc.)
SourceThe caller ID
DurationThe duration of the call
Sell RateThe price per minute for calls to this network
CostThe total cost of the call

Daily Calls

This report presents daily statistics for outbound calls: the number of calls (total and billable), their total and average duration on each day, and the total cost of the calls. 

It also contains the data summary for all the days within the selected timeframe.

Total CallsThe number of calls during the day
Billable CallsThe number of calls during the day you pay for
Total DurationThe duration of all the calls occurred during the day
ASR %The answer-seizure rate (the percentage answered calls)
ACDThe average call duration
Total Cost (USD)The total cost of the calls

Calls by Destination

In this report, you can view the statistics of your outbound calls split by destination. Additionally, you can select the Group by SIP Account check box to see the output grouped by SIP account.

The report also shows totals for all the destinations.

NetworkThe country and network name
Total CallsThe number of calls to this destination
Billable CallsThe number of calls to this destination you pay for
Total DurationThe duration of all the calls to this destination
Total CostThe total cost of the calls

Call Graphs

These graphs display the main statistics of your calls: call status, average call duration, answer-seizure rate, and length of calls. Statistics will be shown for the selected date range with options Last Day, Last Week, and Last Month available for each graph.

Hover your mouse on an area in the graph, and you will see details for the respective date.

Speech-to-Text Recognitions

This section contains all speech-to-text recognitions of your calls. 

You can filter the results by selecting the required date range. 

The report also gives totals of the number of transcribed calls, their duration, and expenditure on speech-to-text recognition.

To view the transcriptions or play the recordings, click the respective buttons on the right.

Balance

Here you can view your balance graph and see the precise balance by hovering your mouse on the required date.
