Call and SMS Pricing

Outbound call and SMS rates are available in the Pricing section of the user portal. You can switch between the voice and SMS rates by clicking on the respective tab.

To find the needed rate, use filters, select the effective date, and click SEARCH

TIP
To find the current rate, use the latest effective date.

Voice

To narrow your search for outbound call rates, you can filter the list by:

  • Tech Prefix - select the pricing model (Platinum, Premium, Standard, or the model used for CommPeak Dialer)
  • Country - choose the required country in the list
  • Prefix - enter the mobile network code
  • Effective date

The list will contain the rates by country and mobile network code. 

In the Billing Increments column, you will see the number of seconds you are billed for.

EXAMPLE
If the Billing Increments column contains 1/1, you will be billed per second for calls to the specified country and via the specified mobile operator.
If the column contains 60/60, you will be charged for every 60 seconds of your call. This means that even a 10-second call will be charged as a 60-second one.

SMS

In this section, you can filter the results by:

  • Pricing mode - select one of the modes: Gold, Wholesale, Direct or Spam
  • Country - choose the required country in the list
  • MCC (mobile country code) or MNC (mobile network code)

The list shows rates per message by country and mobile network.
