How to create new users & Roles

User Portal => Set Up => Users

In this section, you can create & edit users and different permissions.

Note, that your main user can be changed by the Commpeak team only.

If you want to change your main user, your request should be sent from the current main user email to our support team – support@commpeak.com

Fill in the required details:
-First Name
-Last Name
-Email Address
-Password (Needs to contain Upper-case letter and digits)

Reports- Gives the option to see Reports (See article "Reports")
Tech Configuration- Gives the option to change&Add the Users and SIP Accounts settings, Configure DIDs, and access for "Labs".
Finance- Gives the option to view the Profile and Payments History, Pricing.
 Orders- Gives the option to view the Invoices.
