IP ACL & Firewall Settings

To whitelist IP Addresses, kindly enter my.commpeak.com, go to Labs => PBX Instances => Settings

IP Restrictions should be made in order to minimize security risks and unauthorized access to your PBX.

Firewall configurations:
We recommend opening firewall ports towards the PBX address with any/any rules

or the following ports -

5060 TCP & UDP
5061 TCP
10000-20000 UDP
443 TCP
80 TCP

Click on Labs=> PBX Instances > Settings icon and then choose WEB/SIP access IP ACL.

Insert IP address to WEB and/or SIP access lists.

Web Access ACL:

Restricts the PBX GUI & PBX-Stats websites access.
Do not forget to click on "Save Changes" once done adding the IP Addresses.

SIP Access ACL:
SIP ACL whitelisting restricts the SIP (Registration & Calls) to specific IP Addresses.
Do not forget to click on "Save Changes" once done adding the IP Addresses.

Geo Country ACL:

For both options- Web & IP ACL you can enable Country ACL
along(not instead) the standard IP whitelisting.

This lets any IP from the selected countries have access
to the Web or Sip ACL(credentials still required )
