For your calling campaigns, you can enable the following interactive features to improve the Dialer performance, prevent the answer seizure rate from dropping too low and increase the average call duration:
- Dropped calls. If there is no available agent to take a call once the lead has answered, we can upload an audio file that will be played to the lead.
- Voice mails. We can also upload an audio file to play when a call reaches a voice mail instead of a person.
