Countries that Limit Incoming Caller IDs

Regulations of the following countries require that you use a CommPeak DID number or a verified caller ID while making outgoing calls to these destinations:

Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States (USA). 

Usage of an unverified caller ID will cause a call failure with SIP error 503, Reason: 102/103.

You can add numbers to your verified DID number list easily on your own, using a quick verification process‍ at my.commpeak.com, or simply use any DID purchased from CommPeak directly.
