My Profile

In Settings -> My Profile, you can view or change your basic profile settings and reset your password. 

Profile Settings

In this section, you can:

  • view your Customer UID (user ID) that you may need to provide to the support team, and your email - these fields are non-editable.
  • Modify your first and last name and select your timezone. 


When done, click SAVE CHANGES.

Reset password

Here you can change your account's password.

Click SAVE NEW PASSWORD when completed.
