Editing an Agent Name

To enter your PBX control panel and edit an agent name:

  1. Obtain your Cloud PBX server's domain and admin credentials from CommPeak support team.
  2. Open a web browser, navigate to the domain, and log in to the server.
  3. In your PBX, select APPLICATIONS in the main menu.
  4. Click Users in the dropdown menu.

  5. Click the edit icon next to the specific user.3.png
  6. Change the name in the Display Name field.4.png
NOTE

Please do not change any other parameters to avoid issues with the user login.

The updated username will be visible in the PBX control panel and PBX Stats.
