Manager Login

PBX Stats administrators provide access links and manager credentials to log in to the system.

After entering login and password, manager users with enabled two-factor login verification will need to complete one of the following actions:

• enter code received by email
  
• Download and configure the Google Authenticator app on the mobile device, then enter a six-digit validation code.
  

The users can also save ten backup codes to apply if they lose their phones or have no access to the Authenticator app.

NOTE

If you forget the recovery codes, ask the administrator to create a new set of codes. Once done, the old codes become inactive.
