The iFrame link is the link to the lead’s profile page. When integrating with the CRM, agents will be able to view the lead’s details from the CRM during a call.
Sometimes, you will get some sort of error or a blank page where the iFrame (leads’ details from the CRM) is supposed to be. We suggest a few methods on how to check and fix the iFrame:
- Click the refresh button in the top left corner of the iFrame window.
- Right-click on the iFrame, select Inspect in the dropdown menu, and open Console.
- If you see the SameSite notice here, check the article on SameSite Notice in iFrame Console and follow the steps provided there.
