External reports embed third-party analytics in the Dialer platform. Their interactive charts with flexible filtering and breakdown options visualize the most important data about your call center operations.
External reports appear in your system after about a month of its launch.
To visit the analytics page, go to Reports > External Reports. Along with the Overview, the standard solution includes four reports by Countries, Affiliates, Caller IDs, and Agents.
We can create a customized report according to your requirements, similar to the following example. It also includes Campaigns, Destinations, and Insights.
