Available and DND Statuses

In CommPeak Softphone, you can switch your status. It can be either Available or Do Not Disturb (DND).

The Available status lets agents receive and make calls. It is set by default. 

While DND is active, you can only make outgoing calls.

To change the status in the full mode:

1. Click the profile button.

2. Choose Do Not Disturb.

To change the status in the mini mode:

1. Click the volume and profile button.
2. Choose Do Not Disturb.

*You can also adjust the volume in your headset and microphone here.
When you click the settings icon, you will be redirected right to Microphone & Headset Settings in the full mode.

Exit the DND status in the full mode:

To be able to receive calls again:

1. Click the profile button.
2. Choose Available or click Go online in the notification.

Exit the DND status in the mini mode:

1. Click the volume and profile button.
2. Choose Available or click Go online in the notification.
