Priority Groups

Once you have created filters that define which leads will be called within each group, there is also a need to assign the group of agents (skill group) to each group. This task includes creating priority groups and then assigning skill groups to the priority groups. The skill groups contain lists of agents that match the corresponding skills required for calling each individual group.
