The Dialer provides you with the ability to receive calls from the client-side and interact with your clients. The support team will help you configure your IVR (interactive voice response) systems for such interactions.
You can create your own playback recordings in various languages directly in the Dialer using the Text-to-Speech feature. For some languages, there are several voice options that you can test and choose from.
For your calling campaigns you can confirgure the following interactive features:
- dropped calls - upload an audio file that will be played to leads once the lead has answered and there is no available agent
- voice mails - play a recording when a call reaches a voice mail.
