The call graphs display the main statistics of your calls: call status, average call duration, answer-seizure rate, and length of calls.
Statistics will be shown for the selected date range with options Last Day, Last Week, and Last Month available for each graph.
To open the graphs, expand VoIP Services in the left pane and click Call Graphs.
Call Status Graph:
Hover your mouse on an area in the graph, and you will see details for the respective date.
Call Duration Graph:
Answer-Seizure Rate Graph:
