Reports - Overview

In the CommPeak user portal, you can generate reports showing details of your call and expense history.

The following reports are available here:

• Call Records (CDR) with call record data for inbound and outbound calls
• Origination Call Records with call record data for inbound calls only
• Daily Calls with daily statistics for outbound calls
• Calls by Destination with statistics for outbound calls split by destinations
• Call Graphs with the visual representation of call data
• Speech-to-Text Recognitions with text conversions of your voice calls 
• Balance Graph with the daily chart of your account balance

The call reports can present data collectively or per each SIP account if you have more than one.
