Using CommPeak Support PIN

When you reach out to our support‍ in any available way, you will be asked for your PIN. The PIN is a four-digit code used for CommPeak customer identification.

You can find your support PIN at my.commpeak, in the bottom-left corner of any page. 

 If you click on the eye icon, the PIN becomes visible.

To regenerate the PIN, just click on the refresh icon.

IMPORTANT

To keep your account secure, we recommend that you regularly generate a new PIN.
