This article provides instructions about paying for CommPeak services with PayPal.
You can find the general payment guidelines in the Adding Credit to Your Account article. Go to the Add Credit window and select Voice or SMS account. Then choose PayPal as the payment method.
Complete the on-screen steps as follows:
- Select an amount to credit from the dropdown list.
- Click Checkout
and agree to proceed. - The system will redirect you to the PayPal login page. Enter the credentials of your PayPal account, then click Next.
- Select a payment method and click Pay now at the bottom.
- If your PayPal account email differs from your my.commpeak registration email, you must verify it. You will receive a message with a verification code to your email.
To continue the verification, perform the following steps:

- Return to your my.commpeak account and click FIX PAYMENT ISSUE below the account balance.
- Enter a 6-digit code from the PayPal Email Verification message and click CONTINUE.
- The following message will appear if the verification is successful.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.
- Return to your my.commpeak account and click FIX PAYMENT ISSUE below the account balance.
