You can view the list of issued invoices by expanding Billing in the left pane and selecting Invoices.
They include charges for VoIP termination, purchase and renewal of DID numbers, subscription services, and other payments and can be issued weekly or monthly.
By default, CommPeak issues invoices every month. In the list, you can see each invoice's details: date, amount, period, and status. To switch to the weekly invoicing period, use the toggle above the list.
To view an invoice and save it as a PDF or CSV file or in Xero, click View.
