SMS Campaigns - Overview

Campaigns allow you to send bulk SMS messages to your confirmed or prospective customers or start a two-way conversation with them. You need to follow several steps to create a campaign and then send it right away or schedule it for later.

Realtime

The Realtime Campaigns page shows live campaign activity with the possibility of filtering by campaign names, statuses, or tags.

Campaigns

Click Campaigns in the main menu on the left to open the Campaigns page. It lists completed, current, and planned SMS campaigns and their total amount.

Scroll between the pages by clicking on the navigation links in the bottom right corner.

You can narrow your choice using several filters to find your desired campaign. Set filter values and then click Search. To cancel filtering, click Clear.

Click Create New Campaign and follow the step-by-step guide to add a new campaign.

Refer to the following table for column explanations.

Column Description
Name

A campaign name combines any letters, numbers, or symbols. For example, it can refer to your brand. Below the name, you can see the campaign creation date and time in UTC.

Click on the name to open a side panel with the following tabs:

  • Campaign Details where you can edit the variants ratio and campaign settings even for active campaigns and
  • Campaign Stats with statistics about campaign cost, click rate, and other data
  • Domains with a list of used domains and the possibility to quickly add a domain

For example, the campaign could run out of all domains for Short or Opt-out URLs, either added in a pool or manually.
This happens when all the domains have reached their messaging limit. The system will alert you to add more domains to resume.
