If you have a Cloud PBX from CommPeak, you can view its details, configure access settings, add FTP accounts, and view network statistics from your CommPeak portal account.
To view PBX details:
- In the CommPeak portal, expand Cloud PBX in the left pane and click PBX Instances.
- Click the details icon on the right of the PBX instance.
- View the Details tab:
Access Control Lists
To configure access control:
- Click the Firewall Settings icon on the right of the PBX instance.
- Refer to the IP ACL Settings article for more information.
The Active Firewall blocks tab shows IPs that tried to gain access, performed irregular actions or made too many attempts toward your PBX.
Even if your IP is in the white list, your IP can be blocked if you enter invalid passwords multiple times. If this happens, submit a support request.
