If you don't need your DID number anymore and want to stop using it, you can cancel it easily in My CommPeak.
To cancel a DID number:
- In your My CommPeak portal, expand DIDs in the main menu and select Configure.
- In the list of your DID numbers, select the one(s) you wish to cancel.
- Above the table, select the numbers and the action to apply to them.

do: choose Create Cancel Request
- Click Apply Changes.
- Check your email. You will receive a message where you need to confirm the DID cancellation by clicking the link.
Your number(s) will still remain in your account for 14 more days, and you will be able to use them for incoming calls. After that, they will be canceled entirely and removed from the list.
