My Contracts

In My Contracts, you can view and accept the following documents related to the usage of CommPeak services:

• Terms of Service/Use
• Privacy Policy
• Payment Policy
• Data Processing Addendum
• Sub-Processors List

To open the My Contracts page, click on your name at the bottom left pane. Then click My Contracts.

Here you can accept the document and then view its acceptance date and status, and download its copy.

When any policies get updated, you will receive an email and the following pop-up notification in CommPeak User Portal:

Click REVIEW UPDATED TERMS and then go through the documents one by one. When you've reached the bottom of the page, the I ACCEPT button becomes active.

Click the button to acknowledge the new document version if you wish to continue using CommPeak services.

Click Close to finish.
